Warranty information

Telefunken products are covered by a comprehensive warranty including parts, labour, and a collect-and-return courier service. In the unlikely event you experience a manufacturing defect, repairs may be arranged as follows…

1. You may request warranty repairs through your place of purchase where all shipping, packing, repairs etc. are arranged between us on your behalf.

2. Alternatively, you can submit an online repair request form directly with us by clicking on the “REQUEST A REPAIR” button above and completing all sections of the form before submitting

  • Once your RMA request passes a quick verification process an authorisation email will be sent to you with instructions on how to prepare for the courier.

  • Where possible, your product must be pre-packaged in its original box and foam with stand legs etc. removed and the box labelled with a copy of your authorisation email.

  • If you have disposed of the original packing material and requested replacements on your fault report form they will be pre-shipped to you.

  • Please take special care when packing to ensure nothing comes in contact with the screen during transport and include a copy of your store receipt in the box.

  • Once you respond to the authorisation email with confirmation your product is packed and ready for collection, a courier will be arranged to collect your fully boxed product during working hours and usually within 2 working days.

Notes

  • A copy of your store receipt must be included to avail of warranty services.

  • Manufacturing defects are normally repaired and return-shipped within 10 working days of initial delivery to our service centre.

  • Physical damage and wear-and-tear is not covered by the warranty.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the current value of the product taking age and condition into account and should your product be uneconomical to repair an equivalent may be offered in its place.

  • A factory reset is a normal part of the testing process and will result in all data on your device being wiped.
